Believing in the social responsibility of Profix, it has launched a group of initiatives through which has sought to upgrade the profession and its workers:

Mihan min dahab initiative

Mihan min dahab initiative has established to enhance the status of technicians in society and to support them at all levels; technically, administratively and socially. Moreover, the initiative seeks to advance their performance through informing them of others experiences and the exchange of expertise between them, also providing training and employment opportunities via its own relationship network. This initiative contributes to upgrade the technical work sector in Arab World, because it suffers from the absence of attention and the absence of an association or union of technicians in different sectors (technicians in electricity sector, air-conditioning, plumbing, building, brick … etc.).

Mihan min dahab is your tool to advance with each other in our business as technicians, also to exchange expertise and cooperate to develop this sector.

Training and employment initiative

Profix Co. has launched a national initiative for professional maintenance, facilities management, investors of housing sector assembly, Technical Luminous    University and life fund for education aims to train and employ 200 young man and woman of law-income families free of charge. Beneficiaries of this initiative will be awarded international accredited certificates and a work accreditation certificate based on Profix’s international standers.

Moreover, Profix has participated in several national initiatives in cooperation with engineering unions, business men associations and professional community organizations.

Fazaet Ahel  

Profix Co. has undertaken to maintain houses of five thousand (5.000) JD for the campaign of Fazaet Ahel, that has launched by Jordanian Engineers Syndicate.
