Profix Philosophy:

“Profix simply came to end the burden of maintenance on the houses and commercial facilities owners, as well as, Profix upgrades with the concept of the maintenance to a high-quality, safety, and peace of mind level. We do not consider our familiar customs as one group, we respect them individually and try to know his needs, also we make the best way to achieve his desires”.

Company Profix:

Profix is a Singaporean Co. which has a certain responsibility. Profix starts its business in the capital of Jordan, Amman, in 2014, in order to provide its maintenance services and facilities management professionally. Also, Profix came to end the difficulties and the burden of the houses and facilities, leading to customer’s satisfaction and rest of mind by upgrading the profession and the technician.

In 2017, Profix begins to expand according to the International Franchise System to transfer its administrative and technical experiences and programs for new countries and locations.

Today, Profix considers to be one of the leading companies with social impact, it seeks to expand its activities and increasing the impact, profession organization, and qualification workers in the sector by cooperation with international institutions such as Endeavor Institution.

Profix is working according to a strategic plan to expand in 20 new areas during the next three years, depending on a group of sectors and departments like: operations and processes departments, department of Franchise and expertise transfer, engineering and administrative development department, and technical development department. 

Beginning of Profix and Expansion and Deployment Plan:

• Amman-Jordan: Profix begins its business from the Jordanian capital, Amman to make a special model and a unique experience through professional service for houses and facilities.
• Aqaba-Jordan: It is the first station based on Profix Franchise, the station has focused on maintenance management works for Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourist resorts according to annual contracts.
• Ramallah-Palestine: Whereas the station business has launched in the beginning of July, through concentration on local professional staff.
• Jeddah-KSA: The station business has launched in the beginning of November, served each of the members and facilities, and focused on towers and annual contracts for houses.
• Mecca-KSA: The station business has launched in the beginning of April, to serve Hotels and Commercial centers.
• Al Ain-UAE: The station business has launched in the beginning of August, focusing on maintenance on demand service.
• Al Medina-KSA: The station has launched and provided maintenance services from June, to focus on facilities, such as hotels, schools, and so on.
• 2019-North Africa: Profix seeks to provide its services in North Africa starting from Algeria, Moroccan, and Tunisian Market.
• 2020-Egypt and Turkey: Profix seeks to expand in 8 new stations, especially in Egypt, Turkey, and Malesia, in addition to complete the expansion circle in the Arabian Gulf.
• 2021: Profix seeks to expand in 7 new stations in different countries and areas, in order to achieve the strategic plan of Profix till the end of 2021, so it can start a new level full of deployment and perfection.
